Corporate and Executive Coaching

The coaching process will be exclusive to the company’s needs and the executives who will be part of the coaching process.

After initial assessments and evaluation for the exclusive requirements of the client’s needs an example of the possible coaching areas are as follows.

  • Skills; to improve the executive’s skills
  • Performance; for the leadership skills of current position, such as creating a vision, establishing a team, delegation...
  • Development; to discover and enhance the executive’s capabilities and competencies to prepare and determine future position
  • The executive’s agenda; personal or corporate concerns of the executive
  • While working towards the specified goal, personal awareness is created by realizing “blind spots", defensive thoughts, limitations and emotional efficiency
  • Ensuring and improving the balance between the work and personal life
  • Developing managerial leadership, management and team building skills
  • Evaluate the current organizational structure to maximize performance of the executive
  • Taking into consideration that the personal life of the executive has an influence on the performance at work, it is suggested that the personal life areas should also be evaluated during the coaching process.

In order for a lasting transformation to take place, a coaching process should be considered as an average of 12 sessions.
